Ideal for a memorable dinner, this low-lit restaurant has what we can only describe as panache. Open seasonally, they source ingredients like fresh oysters from the region and grow some of their own produce. Know that Earth is somewhat removed from town, though this is part of what creates its insular, woodsy appeal.
