AWOL KPT is an adult-oriented hotel property. While children and infants are not specifically prohibited, all of AWOL's rooms and cabins have a single King-sized bed and can only accommodate two persons, including children and infants. If you're traveling with children, our Kennebunkport Captains Collection property around the corner may be better suited to your needs.

Our Cabin Studios have private exterior entrances, and a number of those accommodations are pet-friendly. We are happy to allow up to two (70 lb or less) canine companions in those cabins for a $50/dog/night rate increase. Please call the property directly if you have questions about booking a pet-friendly room.Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, and they must never be left in a guest room alone. Dogs are permitted only in the private exterior common areas of the property adjacent to your cottage, and they must stay on leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces.As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee per night if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.Please note town ordinances in both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport as it relates to dogs on the beaches.
