Kennebunkport Captains Collection

A Piece of Living History

Our boutique hotel, The Kennebunkport Captains Collection (KCC) is firmly rooted in the culture and tradition of Kennebunkport. KCC is a modern collection of four historic Maine homes, formerly owned by leading sea captains.

The Houses

The mansions of the Captains Collection are among the oldest in Kennebunkport’s historic district. These stately homes have passed through generations of Kennebunkport’s seafaring families, and have been reunited as a luxury boutique experience that captures the history and spirit of the iconic Maine seaport.

The collection of homes is yours to explore. Join us at the mansion for breakfast in the garden. Whichever house is your favorite, you’ll enjoy intimate hideaways and lively gathering spots, plush bedding and fine linens, soaking tubs, working fireplaces, and original art.

  • Are you pet friendly?

We are happy to allow up to two 70 lb or less canine companions in a select number of pet-friendly rooms at William Jefferds House. The Jefferds Terrace King, Jefferds Studio Suite with private exterior entrance, and William Jefferds Suite are our designated pet-friendly guest rooms. Pet fees include a $50 per dog, per night rate increase. Please call the property directly to inquire about booking a pet-friendly room.

Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, and they must never be left in a guest room alone.
