While a particular room is not guaranteed when booking a room type, if there is a specific room you know you want, please call us directly in advance of your stay and we will see if we're able to accommodate you.

Effective March 1, 2025 - For any reservation cancellation (excluding bookings made on a non-refundable rate) or change-of-date request, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back. If any cancellation is made within 14 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).

Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay. We do not serve breakfast but we always have a handful of suggestions for whatever your taste buds desire. We do have the Camp Canteen which offers a small selection of snacks and breakfast-type items. Think fresh bagels, muffins, yogurt parfait, donuts, cereal, oatmeal, and more. You’ll find beverage stations throughout the hotel with Atomic Coffees, a wide selection of teas and hot chocolate, as well as both still and sparkling water.

While Summercamp is happy to welcome well-behaved children, occupancy in most of our rooms is limited to two (2) people of any age, including children and infants. Please note our additional per person fees described below.

All of our rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted in room descriptions. Extra guests (where they can be accommodated in rooms with extra beds or pull-outs) will be charged an additional fee of $50 per person, per night, including children and infants. Our online booking system will allow you to enter 4 guests when reserving these rooms. For assistance with making a reservation for three or four people, please give us a call.

We have two dog-friendly King rooms with private exterior entrances. Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation if you will be accompanied by your canine friend (who must weigh under 70 lbs). For your pet's comfort, we will happily provide a dog bed, bowl, and a welcome toy! Please contact our property directly to book a dog-friendly room at Summercamp!
Additional property notes about dog-friendly stays at Summercamp: We charge a pet fee of $50 per dog, per day. Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, they must never be left in a guest room alone, and are permitted only on our porches and exterior common areas of the hotel, and only while on a leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces. As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee per night if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.

Our property is located on Martha's Vineyard at 70 Lake Avenue in beautiful Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts; just steps away from lively downtown.

We encourage our guests to leave their cars behind when coming to the Island. Our hotel does not offer off-street parking. Martha’s Vineyard is easy to explore by bike or scooter and our public transportation system is excellent.
If you must bring a car to the island please note: the hotel has 17 guaranteed parking spots available for $50/night. Guests interested in reserving a guaranteed parking spot for use during their stay must call the hotel directly to inquire about availability. There is street parking. However, town restrictions apply.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

- We offer five (5) fully ADA accessible guest rooms: two (2) King Suites and three (3) Water View Kings, available to book online or by phone
- The main building has a ground-level accessible back door for access to check-in, lobby, common areas, front porch, and first-floor guest room hallway—the entrance is flat, ground level, and wheelchair accessible
- There is a lift in the lobby to get to the Canteen
- The Overlook building is accessible by ramp, and offers an elevator for access to each floor—ADA rooms are located on the first floor of the Overlook building
