USE OF SMS TEXT MESSAGING

For those who have initiated a transaction or opted-in to receive SMS Text messaging communications from Lark Hotels or Independent properties managed by Lark Hotels, please familiarize yourself with the following additional Terms and Conditions.

WEB OPT-IN, SUBSCRIPTION

Lark Hotels SMS Alerts are MMS or SMS Text messages that contain alerts, sales, services, events, and other content that may be of interest to you. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these SMS Alerts Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

When you opt-in to receive SMS Texting messaging communications, we will send you a message asking you to confirm your signup. Text YES to 85313 to receive Lark Hotels Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your use. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.

  • You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 85313 . After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.  If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  • If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 85313 . After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliate or business partners. The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.
