Our Policies

Deposit

For stays of any length, no deposit is required at the time of booking. The full amount (100%) of your stay will be charged at the time of arrival.

Non-refundable rates: A full deposit (100%) of the total stay is charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. A confirmation will be sent at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For standard (refundable) reservations, we require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in a charge of one (1) night’s room and taxes..

Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival are considered final and will incur a charge of one (1) night’s room and taxes if cancelled.

Non-refundable reservations are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if you’re unable to stay.

Change of Date Requests

Any change of dates (including shortening a stay) must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay requirements.

Within 72 hours of arrival, no changes may be made. After check-in, shortened stays will be charged in full based on the original reservation.

No Show Reservations

If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, one (1) night’s room and taxes will be charged.

Group Bookings

For reservations of four rooms or more, please refer to your group contract for applicable policies.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 11:00 AM

For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the property directly.

Check-In Minimum Age

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in, unless prohibited by applicable laws.

Room Occupancy & Additional Guests

Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Additional guests (where permitted) will incur a fee of $50 per person per night, including children and infants. Please refer to the property FAQ page for room-specific occupancy limits.

Pets & Service Animals

We welcome dogs at many of our properties. A maximum of two dogs under 70 lbs. each are permitted per room. A fee of $50 per dog per night applies.

Additional guidelines:

  • Please note your dog’s details at checkout
  • Dogs must be leashed in outdoor common areas
  • Dogs are not permitted in indoor public spaces
  • Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms
  • Dogs are not allowed in pools, pool areas, or indoor dining spaces (where applicable)

Unregistered pets or damages may result in a $250 per night fee.

Housekeeping

We provide daily light-touch housekeeping. For stays longer than three nights, a full-service cleaning will be provided after the third night. For anything additional, please contact Guest Experience.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. We ask all guests to drink responsibly and be mindful of shared spaces.

Smoking Policy

All properties are 100% smoke-free, vape-free, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

Firearms Policy

Open carry of firearms is not permitted on property. Firearms must be securely stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the property. This policy excludes on-duty law enforcement and military personnel.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from negligence.
