Acton Patterson House at the Kennebunkport Captains Collection is an iconic 1807 Federal-style ship captain’s house in the heart of Kennebunkport.

Offering a serene setting in a quiet, residential location in the heart of Kennebunkport, Patterson House features indoor and outdoor common areas (including a relaxing screened porch with lounge furniture), 4 guest rooms with king or queen beds, gas fireplaces, and private baths, a full commercial kitchen, dining room, and living room.

From October through April, Patterson House is available for private rental for your family or small group’s Maine getaway. Get the convenience and luxury of a hotel stay with the privacy of a short-term rental.  We’ll take care of all of the details so that you can enjoy a carefree escape.
