Our amenity fee at Hunter Lodge provides our guests with exclusive amenities, offerings, and credits for choosing to stay with us! Included in this daily fee for each booked room and their total number of guests: Daily light breakfast, parking, and guest-first access to our library, game room, and our multiple indoor and outdoor wood fire pits.

Yes! At all Bluebird by Lark properties, we believe road trips are better with the whole family, including the four-legged ones! For $45 per night, up to two dogs of any size are welcome to join your stay, and if you're an On a Lark Member, your dog fee will be waived! . We’ll provide in-room use of food and water bowls, a paw towel, and a special take-home treat for your pup. Because adventures are meant to be shared.

- Dogs are the only pets allowed, and they must never be left in a guest room alone.
- While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are permitted only in the exterior common areas, and they must stay on leash. Dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces.
- As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.

Bluebird Hunter Lodge welcomes well-behaved children of all ages. All rooms with a single King bed are priced at a 2-person occupancy. Rooms with two (2) Queen beds and other specialty configurations are priced for 4-person occupancy. Some rooms including the Friend Zone and King Loft Suite may be able to accommodate an additional person(s). Please note, all additional guests are subject to a $35 per person, per night rate increase. Children and infants do qualify as guests.
