Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay. Yes! Every morning from 8:00am-10:00am you’ll find a selection of small plate offerings (think tapas for breakfast!), from sweet scones to savory egg cups, reminiscent of items found at an of an urban coffee house. There is always hot coffee (take as much as you like!) and don’t forget to be on the lookout for sweet treats in the afternoon.

While we welcome Service Animals, unfortunately, pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted at our hotel. Lucky Dog Resort will care for your pet special occasions and limited overnights. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible before your trip. DogVacay is a dog sitting service provided by individuals, many of whom offer overnight boarding.

While The Attwater is happy to welcome well-behaved children, occupancy in most of our rooms is limited to two (2) people of any age, including children and infants. Please note our additional per person fees described below.

All our guest rooms have a queen or king-sized bed and can accommodate up to two (2) persons. Two (2) additional people may be accommodated in our King Suites for an additional charge of $50 per person, per night. Our online booking system will allow you to enter 4 guests when reserving these rooms. Children and infants do qualify as guests. For assistance with making a reservation for three or four people, please give us a call.

The Attwater offers limited complimentary, onsite parking on a first-come-first-served basis with some additional street parking nearby. All other parking lots in our neighborhood are private and require a special permit.

Although not guaranteed, we always try our best to accommodate early check-in requests. If you expect to arrive before or after check-in hours, please notify us as soon as possible by calling our toll-free number 800-392-3717.

Overall
- One (1) fully ADA accessible King Junior Suite guest room (accessible by lift at the rear of the property adjacent to the parking lot) available to book online or by phone
- The lobby, lounge, and check-in area are located on ground level of the main building, but require two steps to access - the Lark Suite is located on this floor as well
- All other guest rooms in the main building are on the second or third floors and accessible by stairs only (the historic property has no elevator)
Parking & Transportation
- With advance notice, we are happy to accommodate parking needs by reserving the spot in our parking lot nearest the ADA lift for access to the King Junior Suite ADA
- Please mention at the time of booking if you require curbside assistance at check-in
