Frequently Asked Questions

  • I'm an On a Lark Insider, how can I check how many points I have?

To check in on your account points balance, or if you have questions about our loyalty program, feel welcome to email us at club@larkhotels.com

If you are at any of our Lark branded properties, connect with any of our front desk team members for assistance.

  • How do I make a reservation?

Book directly on our website or give us a call at 401-466-5500.

  • Why is the rooms page showing me no available rooms for my selected date(s)?

Two-night reservations are required on most weekends and during peak season (with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends). This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” It might also be true that we are fully booked for the dates you are looking it. During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay. If it so happens that we have a singular night available with other reservations booked around it, we're able to offer the room as a one night stay. If you have any questions, please call us directly at 401-466-5500.

  • What does the resort fee cover?
The resort fee allows us to provide extra touches above and beyond the amenities you’ll find included at each Lark property. At Block Island Beach House, we're excited to offer access to our brand new guest-only pool, beach chairs and umbrellas for lounging (on a first-come-first-serve basis), beach towels, and insulated beach bags for use while on property.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
Effective February 1, 2024 - For any reservation cancellation (excluding any bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back less a $25 cancellation fee. If any cancellation is made within 14 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).
