Yes! Lark Hotels is proud to offer free high-speed WiFi at all of our properties and you will receive information about logging in at check-in.

Our online booking system will only allow you to enter more than 2 guests when reserving rooms that are able to accommodate more than 2 persons. Additional people may be accommodated in several different room types for an additional charge of $50 per person per night (children and infants do qualify as guests):
- All King, King ADA, and King Deluxe rooms can accommodate 1-2 persons only.
- The Queen Suite and Village King Suites can accommodate 1 additional person (maximum of 3 people).
- The King Suites, 2-bedroom King Twin Suites, Double Queen Suites and Lark Suite can accommodate 2 additional persons (maximum of 4 people).

While The Coonamessett is happy to welcome well-behaved children, occupancy in most of our rooms is limited to two (2) people of any age, including children and infants. Please note our additional per person fees described below.

We are happy to offer 6 dog-friendly rooms at our property, bookable online or by phone directly (the "Village King Suite Pet Friendly" room type). If you are traveling with your canine friend(s) who is under 70 lbs, please be sure to let us know when making your reservation. There is a pet charge of $50 per dog per day, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs must never be left in a guest room alone. Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, they must never be left in a guest room alone, and are welcome only on our porches and exterior common areas of the hotel, and only while on leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces.
As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee per night if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room. Any losses the hotel suffers as the result of complaints from neighboring guests will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
