Group & Event Related Stays
While we welcome guests traveling for events and special occasions, it is our priority to ensure that all of our guests are provided an opportunity to enjoy our common spaces and experience a relaxing stay. To provide an amazing experience for all, we have a set of property use expectations in place for all guests: Advanced approval is required for:

- Hair and make-up professionals working at the property.
Limit of one visitor per hotel guest, in common spaces and visitors must be accompanied by a guest at all times.
Common areas are closed to non-hotel guests at 9 pm.
Parking is limited to hotel guests and must be arranged in advance.
We reserve the right to close the property to non-hotel guests at any time.
For the safety of our guests and the security of our building, during the month of October, the property is closed to non-hotel guests.
Pets & Service Animals
The Merchant does not allow pets or therapy animals at our property. However, we do welcome and allow service animals, which are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please feel welcome to reach out to our team should you need nearby kennel options for your pet.
HOUSEKEEPING
We offer a daily light touch housekeeping service of your room. For guests staying with us longer than three nights, we will provide a full service housekeeping of your room after the third night of your stay. Should you be in need of anything specific during your stay with us, please feel welcome to text or let one of our Guest Experience team members know.
Alcohol Policy
Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
SMOKING Policy
All Lark Hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.
FIREARMS POLICY
At our hotels, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. To ensure everyone's well-being, we have a policy regarding firearms on our premises. We understand that guests may have valid reasons for possessing firearms, so our policy aims to balance safety and respect for legal rights. For the safety of all, we do not permit the open carry of firearms on our property, regardless of local laws.
While we respect the rights of guests who are legally allowed to have firearms, we require them to follow specific guidelines:
- Firearms must be securely stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest while on our property.
- When not in use, firearms should be safely stored in the guest's room or vehicle.
- Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the hotel.
This policy applies to all guests, except for on-duty law enforcement and military personnel. For any inquiries about this policy, feel free to contact our VP of Operations for Lark Hotels. We're here to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence.
