SWIMMING FACILITIES SAFETY RULES & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

THE SWIMMING FACILITIES AT THE PENNY LANE ARE NOT SUPERVISED BY A LIFEGUARD OR OTHER RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
USE OF THE SWIMMING FACILITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established the following safeguards, which must be followed by all guests. We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is available, that emergency procedures are accessible, and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary manner. In the interest of your safety and that of your guests, you are required to follow these rules.

Please read the safety rules located at the entrance and outlined below. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you.

Required Safety Rules

Never swim alone. A minimum of two (2) adults, eighteen (18) years of age or older, must be present whenever this facility is in use, with at least one adult remaining on the pool deck or beachfront.

There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under sixteen (16) must be accompanied and actively supervised at all times.

Emergency procedures. In an emergency, notify staff and call 911. Emergency communication devices and contact numbers are available on site.

Use of facility. Use only during posted hours and in designated bathing areas.

Rescue equipment. Safety equipment must remain accessible and must not be removed or misused.

Alcohol and impairment. Do not use the facility while impaired.

Reporting safety issues. Notify staff immediately of unsafe conditions or missing equipment.

Injuries can be prevented and safety is everyone’s responsibility. Your safety is important to us. Have a safe and enjoyable stay.

I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and that use of the swimming facilities is at my own risk.

I accept full responsibility for my own safety and the safety, supervision, and conduct of all persons in my party, including any minor(s).

I agree to comply with all posted rules, safety signage, and operational requirements governing the facility.

I understand that only guests who have received, read, and acknowledged these rules may use the swimming facilities.

Injuries can be prevented and safety is everyone's responsibility. Your safety is important to us. Only guests of this facility who have received and read these rules may use the swimming area. Have a safe and enjoyable stay.
